Eco Flight, Dunajska Streda II, Slovakia

June 14 @ 20:30

The Eco-flight project is a reflection on the challenges of the environment: the company has created a choreography in which costumes are made from recycled materials, by converting PET bottles and using waste. They also use their marketing platforms to communicate the social action to encourage litter picking. During rehearsals, they can be seen flying through the air, so many spectators gather for a rehearsal. Their main challenge is to find the right central building in each country. The events will include community litter picking, art screenings, live music and various interactive games to engage local people in our country and in partner countries. These programmes are implemented with the involvement of NGOs, volunteers and cultural institutions. As usual, they also create a dramaturgical, new circus world with live music. The production encourages an awareness of the urban environment, drawing attention to the relationship between the urban environment, urban spaces and the pedestrian. The large-scale community experience has an inspiring, positive effect. The project will tour internationally to four countries by 2025: our country, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain. Eco-flight is a social action, an environmental campaign and an artistic event.
